Michael Cockburn, originally from Inverness, graduated with a 1st Class LLB (Hons.) Degree in Law from the University of Dundee in 2018. He continued his legal education at Dundee, completing the Diploma in Legal Practice in 2019.
Michael began his professional journey with Munro & Noble in March 2020, starting as a trainee solicitor. Since then, he has become an integral part of our Executry department, where he handles a range of matters including Wills, Executries and Powers of Attorney. His thorough understanding of these areas has made him a valuable asset to both the firm and his clients.
In his role within the Executry department, Michael deals with complex issues related to estate planning and administration. His expertise encompasses drafting Wills, administering Executries and advising on Powers of Attorney. Michael’s methodical approach and attention to detail ensure that his clients receive comprehensive and precise legal guidance.
