Alpin graduated with a Law and Celtic LLB (Hons) degree in 1998 from Edinburgh University before training in Portree and practising in Kyle of Lochalsh and Dingwall. In 2010 he established the George Street Law firm with Jill Miller and has considerable experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.

Ian deals with conveyancing as well as Wills and executries. Ian joined Munro & Noble in 2020 to work mainly from our Aviemore office, to help serve the legal needs of the Badenoch & Strathspey area.
Neil Speight
Consultant
Neil brings over 30 years’ worth of experience to his role as Consultant in our Wills and Executries department where he deals with the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, “Future planning” and Executry administration.After graduating from the University of Edinburgh in 1990, Neil trained with the firm of MacArthur Stewart with whom he worked until the late ‘90s when he joined the firm of MacNeill & Critchley, becoming a partner there, carrying out a broad range of conveyancing work as well as dealing with Wills, Powers of Attorney and Executries.Following the merger of his firm with Macleod and MacCallum, Neil spent three years as Head of the Private Client department there before joining Munro & Noble in November 2020.Outside work Neil spends most of his time cycling and/or running up and down hills and is a more or less active member of Highland Hillrunners.
Michael Cockburn

Michael is originally from Inverness and graduated with a 1st Class LLB (Hons.) Degree in Law from the University of Dundee in 2018, completing the Diploma in Legal Practice there the following year.He commenced his traineeship with Munro & Noble in March 2020, and now works within our Executry department dealing with matters such as Wills, Trusts, Executries and Power of Attorneys. Michael was recently promoted to Senior Solicitor in June 2024.
Kirsteen Reekie

Kirsteen joined Munro & Noble Court department in Oct 2023, as a mature student she studied part time completing her LLB (Hons) at Abertay University (2104), thereafter she worked as a family law assistant in Edinburgh before completing her PG Dip at Dundee University (2017) where she was awarded a Merit in Family Law. Initially working in Dundee for a year and then relocating to the Highlands in 2019 she worked in conveyancing and then completed her traineeship in Conveyancing, Executries, Power of Attorneys, Wills and Guardianships, she now wishes to focus on Family Law with Court work.Out with work Kirsteen has previously volunteered with Citizen Advice and Rights Fife (2013 – 2016) and Childrens Hearing Scotland (2019 – 2023). Nowadays she also likes to spend time with family whenever possible and also volunteers in the local community when the need arises, she also likes a bit of Karaoke for fun as well as reading for quieter times.
Suzanne Bebbington

Suzanne joined Munro & Noble in January 2015, as a Conveyancing Paralegal and works as a fee earner under the guidance of our Partners. Suzanne has a number of years experience in Scottish Law and is a qualified paralegal in two disciplines, ‘Conveyancing’ and ’Wills, Trusts and Executries’ and is a Fellow of the IoP (Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals).
Laura Littlejohn

Laura joined us in April 2022 as a legal secretary having previously worked as a letting agent. She has recently completed her Paralegal Course in Wills, Executries & Trusts and is based at our Dingwall office. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with my family and friends and walking the dog.
Morag Campbell
Personal Assistant Executry Department
Morag joined the firm in 1990, following specific training by Munro & Noble. She has considerable experience of the administration of both trusts and executries.
Jenni Evans
Executry Paralegal
Having originally qualified as an accountant, Jenni gained experience in the legal sector as a private client paralegal in Inverness, working in executry, guardianship and power of attorney administration, prior to joining Munro & Noble in January 2023 as an Executry Paralegal. Jenni is based in our Dingwall office assisting with all aspects of executry administration and is a member of the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland. Outside of work, Jenni enjoys spending time with family and friends, and singing in a local choir.
Helen McDonald

Helen began working at Georgesons in 1980 when she was a clerkess for 2 years, she then had her family and worked part time elsewhere. Helen then returned to working at Georgesons in 2010 and has continued to do so. She is an executry paralegal and is based in our Wick office.In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, zumba, walking and she also loves to bake. She also enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.Georgesons was incorporated by Munro & Noble in April 2023
